Vivo X300 Ultra was officially launched in China on March 30, 2026, with a global rollout following in Q2 2026 — the first time Vivo’s Ultra model has reached global markets, including Europe.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB to 1 TB of storage. The display is a 6.83-inch AMOLED with WQHD+ resolution (1440 x 3168) and a 144 Hz refresh rate. Its headline feature is the camera system: a dual 200 MP setup with gimbal-level optical stabilisation (CIPA 7.0) and an optional ZEISS 400 mm teleconverter — a first for any smartphone. The device is fueled by a 7,000 mAh battery in a body just 8.19 mm thick, with 100 W wired charging (a full charge in under 40 minutes) and 40 W wireless charging. It runs Vivo’s Android-based OriginOS (Funtouch OS globally).
