Vivo X300 was officially announced on Oct. 17, 2025.
The device measures 150.6 x 71.9 x 8 mm and weighs 190 grams, offering a sleek and durable build with a glass front and back framed by aluminum alloy. It supports dual Nano-SIM and eSIM (up to two active at a time) and comes with IP68/IP69 certification for dust and water resistance, capable of withstanding high-pressure jets and submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
The 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display delivers stunning visuals with 1 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and an impressive 4500 nits peak brightness. With a 1216 x 2640 resolution (~460 ppi) and 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, it ensures sharp clarity and vibrant color reproduction.
Running on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, it’s powered by the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (3 nm) chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU and Arm G1-Ultra GPU. Vivo X300 offers up to 1TB storage and 16GB RAM, using UFS 4.1 for blazing-fast performance.
The rear camera setup includes a 200 MP wide sensor with OIS, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide lens. Features include Zeiss optics, laser AF, and 4K recording at up to 120fps. The 50 MP front camera supports 4K video and HDR.
Additional features include stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared port, and USB-C 3.2. Security is handled by an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The 6040 mAh battery supports 90W wired, 40W wireless, and reverse charging. Available in Black, Blue, Red, Purple, and Pink.
