It measures 171.6 × 79.5 × 8.2 mm and weighs 208 g, featuring a glass front with a plastic frame and back. It supports dual Nano-SIM and comes with dust and splash resistance for basic durability.

It offers a large 6.9-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. The screen has a resolution of 720 × 1600 pixels and reaches up to 800 nits peak brightness. Xiaomi Poco C81 runs on Android 16 with HyperOS 3 and is expected to receive up to four major updates. It is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.
