Acer has been unveiled their new tablet device, Acer Iconia Tab 7, as you can guess in the name, the device brings 7 inch screen size but avilable in two display option  1280 x 800 and 1024 x 600.

The tablet is also has phone capabilities, so those tablet can be use for receive and making phone call, reeceive and sending SMS and also accessing the Internet through data communication.

This tablet will be available in Latin America, Midle East, Asia, and some Europe and will be offers with €149 price tag.

The tablet will be powered by MediaTek quad-core processor, running Android 4.4 KitKat, and also has microSD card slot for memory expansion.

Acer is preapring the new Android tablet, the new tablet running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean those tablet is Acer Iconia A1-810 and ready to compete with Apple iPad Mini.

The Acer Iconia Tab A1-810 packs with 7,9 inch screen size as same as iPad Mini, while Acer is offers 1024 x768 pixel resolution. Powered by  MediaTek MT8125 quad-core 1,2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage but also support for microSD for expansion slot.

After Acer launch their new cheap tablet, Acer Iconia Tab B1, it’s now their ready to released the other new tablet which offered with affordable price, Acer is preparing the new 8-inch and 10 inch Android tabler to the market.

To lower production costs, the two tablets would use chips from Mediatek processor. The Mediatek chipset is booming and is widely used by the producers of cheap Android phones. And, the new chipset from MediaTek is MT6589 quad core processor chipset.

President of Acer China, Linxian Lang said that the opportunity to acquire a large portion in the low end is very high. He estimates that this year there will be more than 200 million units tablet that would slide into the global market. With Apple and Samsung aside, most other tablet manufacturers can not share about 120 million units of the tablet.

For 8 inch tablet, Acer is expected to sell for around $205 USD. Meanwhile, for the 10-inch version, it’s seem will be priced at $239 USD. There is no information about the name and type of those new Acer tablet, so we have to wait untill Acer officially released those products.
