Taiwanese electronics giant ASUS has announced the release of the ZenScreen MB16QHG portable monitor. The portable monitor features a 16-inch WQXGA IPS panel having a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is surrounded by slim bezels that are just 7 mm thick on all sides.

The monitor also supports SmoothMotion technology, HDR, and DisplayHDR 400 certification, providing excellent contrast and color accuracy with a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It has a wide viewing angle of 178°, ASUS ultra-low blue light technology, and anti-flicker technology.

The ZenScreen MB16QHG comes with a foldable stand that can be adjusted to different angles, allowing users to position the monitor as per their preference. It also has a built-in orientation sensor that automatically switches between landscape and portrait modes based on the monitor’s orientation. The monitor comes equipped with USB-C ports on both sides for easy connectivity, and it also has an HDMI interface for compatibility with a range of devices such as laptops, PCs, and game consoles. Additionally, there is a 3.5mm audio jack for connecting wired headphones.

The monitor is extremely portable and can be carried around easily in a bag as it weighs just 1.2 kg. ASUS has also used sustainable FSC Mix certified packaging materials for the product.
