Asus has already announced that it is working on a new handheld gaming console, dubbed the ROG Ally. However, prior to its official launch, the console’s pricing has been revealed after being sighted on e-commerce listings. So here are all the details.

Asus ROG Ally Ryzen Z1 Extreme version costs $699

The Taiwanese PC maker’s upcoming ROG Ally was recently spotted on certain e-commerce listing that revealed its price tag. The handheld console’s top end variant which is powered by a AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme chipset that was recently announced was sighted carrying a price tag of 699 US Dollars. Notably, this variant is also equipped with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. This means that is slightly more expensive that the 512GB version of the Steam Deck console.

The leak arrives from known tipster SnoopyTech, who shared the pricing on Twitter. Keep in mind that this is still just an unconfirmed report so take this news with a pinch of salt. The leak also offers a brief set of specifications as well, which includes a 7 inch Full HD display with 120HZ refresh rate support. Furthermore, this also features 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, AMD Radeon Navi3 graphics with the Ryzen Z1 Extreme chipset, and Dolby Atmos Surround Sound.

The leak also shares some promotional notes which state that “”Play almost any game that runs on Windows, Steam, GOG, XBOX Game Pass, GeForce Now, Android, and more” along with Play games in co-op mode on the same devices using 2 XBOX controllers and even connect to your TV to play on the big screen,” and “You can even connect to the ROG XG Mobile Dock, a keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc to enjoy all your favorite AAA games at even higher resolutions and frame rates. Play your games how you want to play them.”
