Luna 2.0 smart ring arrives with a durable titanium body that is 5ATM water resistant. It runs on the new LifeOS, which arrives with AI integration that can learn your body’s internal clock. The smart wearable arrives with Luna AI 2.0, which now supports an AI voice coach. This new feature allows the Luna Ring 2.0 to personalized health and fitness related insights.

The smart ring also uses AI for health scoring, along with support for blood oxygen monitoring, heart rate tracking, and pulse oximetry as well. Luna has improved the sleep tracking on its 2.0 Ring with in-depth sleep analysis with various metrics like sleep efficiency, sleep cycles, and circadian rhythm. Weighing around 3.5 grams, the Luna Ring 2.0 can double as an unintrusive fashion/tech accessory as well.

One of the big highlights is the long battery life. On a single full charge, the Luna Ring 2.0 can last for up to 5 days, with the charging case bringing the total battery life to over 21 days. Although, the ring box-like charging case is sold separately. The Surge Charger Bundle is priced at 349 US Dollars, while the Luna Ring 2.0 alone costs 300 US Dollars. It is also listed in the Indian market for 24,999 INR.

One of the flagship products unveiled at the CES 2025 is the Luna Ring Gen 2.0. To recall, it is the official successor to the Noise Luna Ring that was first announced back in July 2023. This is the world’s first AI powered smart ring, which is built using fighter jet grade titanium. The Luna Ring integrates advanced AI features to help improve bio monitoring systems that can track users’ stress, heart health, sleep, blood oxygen, and women’s health.

Noise had first unveiled the Luna Ring back in July 2023. It was the company’s first ever smart ring model and it offered various health and fitness metrics. The device featured a sleek and stylish look, and now, it is being offered in special Rose Gold and Sunlit Gold variants as well. So let’s have a look.

To recall, the Luna Ring was built to be comfortable and lightweight. It was made using fighter jet grade titanium to avoid corrosion and scratches. While the original model featured a metallic gray hue, the latest variants arrive in Rose Gold and Sunit Gold options. Simply put, it is now available in Pink and Gold colors.

This new design arrives to help blend the boundary between smart wearables and fashion. Apart from the aesthetic differences, the new versions are basically identical to older Luna Ring models. It can track over 70 health related metrics like heart rate, blood, sleep, body temperature, and more. It features a PPG sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer to ensure precise tracking as well.

The smart ring market in India is becoming increasingly competitive, with several lifestyle brands entering the fray. Noise unveiled their Luna Ring a few months ago, and it is now officially available for purchase on their website.

Luna Ring Pricing and Availability

The smart ring is priced at Rs. 14,999 ($180). Customers who pre-booked the Luna smart ring with a Priority Access pass can now purchase it on gonoise.com, gaining access to discounts and special offers. They can redeem the pass for an extra Rs 1,000 ($12) discount on the purchase day and receive additional discounts on Noise i1 smart eyewear. Pass holders also get Rs 2,000 ($24) worth of insurance coverage, resulting in a total cash benefit of Rs 3,000 ($36).

The smart ring is available in seven different sizes and comes in five color options: Rose Gold, Sunlit Gold, Stardust Silver, Midnight Black, and Lunar Black.

Luna Ring Key Features

The Noise Luna Ring is an ultra-lightweight smart ring designed to provide users with insights into Sleep, Readiness, and Activity. It boasts a sleek 3mm form factor and is constructed from fighter-jet grade titanium with a diamond-like coating, ensuring resistance to scratches and corrosion. The Luna Ring tracks users’ health by measuring physiological signals using advanced Infrared Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors, skin temperature sensors, and a 3-axis accelerometer. Every five minutes, it records body temperature while also monitoring heart rate and blood-oxygen levels.

Luna Ring offers a daily Sleep Score, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sleep patterns. It uses in-built algorithms, refined by Noise’s extensive experience in wearables, to ensure accurate results. The ring connects to smartphones via Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE 5), is water-resistant up to 50 meters, and is compatible with iOS 14/ Android 6 and above. A notable advantage is its battery life, lasting up to seven days on just a 60-minute charge.

boAt has also joined the smart ring market in India two months back by launching its first product, the boAt Smart Ring. In comparison to Noise’s offering, boAt’s smart ring is competitively priced at Rs 8,999 ($108).
