Xiaomi are giving their Chinese Mi-fans free headphones with every purchase of a Redmi Note 7. These aren&#8217;t just any run-of-the-mill earbuds either, they&#8217;re Xiaomi&#8217;s own Mi in-ear Headphones Pro. They don&#8217;t come all that cheap.</p>
<p>For those not in the know, Xiaomi co-founder Lei Jun announced the milestone earlier yesterday. He shared the news alongside photos of the Xiaomi and Redmi team sharing celebratory cake. Jun said the milestone is a victory and a testament of “holding Xiaomi values, such as high quality and value for your money”.</p>
<div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><b>Editor&#8217;s Pick: </b><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/24/xiaomi-mi-bunny-reading-pen-launching-on-childrens-day-for-199-yuan-28/"><b>Xiaomi has a Special Product for Children’s Day!</b></a></div></div>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-255787" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/redmi-note-7-free-headphones.jpeg?x44794" alt="" width="580" height="947" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/redmi-note-7-free-headphones.jpeg 580w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/redmi-note-7-free-headphones-184x300.jpeg 184w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/redmi-note-7-free-headphones-257x420.jpeg 257w" sizes="(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px" /></p>
<p>While the 10 million <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-7/">Redmi Note 7</a> units include variants like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-7s/">Redmi Note 7S</a>, it&#8217;s still an impressive feat. What&#8217;s going to be interesting is seeing this affects Xiaomi in the future. The Redmi Note 8 will have to be something monumentally different if they want people to jump from the Note 7. It&#8217;s almost an impossible task considering how good the Redmi Note 7 line is.</p>
<p>Lei Jun also took some time to remind everyone about the upcoming <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/27/redmi-k20-k20-pro-rumor-roundup-specifications-price-and-launch-details/">Redmi K20 launch tomorrow</a>. With the Redmi Note 7 series doing so well around the world, we’re eager to see how the Redmi K20 will turn out. Will it garner the same positive reaction, and how will the higher price work out? We’ll have to wait until tomorrow’s launch event to find out.</p>
