Nokia phone licensee HMD Global may not have had a smooth sail in the smartphone market but the company is a leading brand in feature phones. In a bid to expand its market share, the tech giant has launched a new feature phone – the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio in India.

The new Nokia 5710 XpressAudio was earlier launched in China and arrives as a 4G-enable feature phone with several features designed to keep you entertained. The new phone adopts a retro design that brings the vibes of the XpressMusic lineup. HMD Global took things a notch higher by including wireless earbuds that are housed in a purpose-built compartment with a slider cover.

In terms of specifications, the new phone packs a 2.4-inch QVGA display and is powered by a Unisoc T107 chipset. The phone has buttons for music control on the left and right sides of the screen. It also has a classic T9 keyboard below the display and at the rear, there is a 0.3 MP with LED flash.

The cool phone also comes with decent loudspeakers and a large 1450mAh removable battery that can last for weeks on standby. The phone also comes with a durable build. The presence of wireless earbuds means the device has support for Bluetooth 5.0. It also comes with an MP3 player and FM radio.

The Nokia 5710 XpressAudio will retail in India for Rs. 4,999 (~$63). The feature phone will be available on Nokia’s website as well as in leading retail outlets and partner online stores starting from September 19, 2022.

Nokia 5710 XpressAudio with built-in TWS earbuds goes on sale in China

Nokia unveiled the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio alongside other features phones such as the Nokia 2660 Flip and Nokia 8210 4G in the global market in July. The 5710 XpressAudio was made official in China on Aug. 17, and it has been available for pre-order in the country since then. Starting from today, the music-focused feature phone is available for purchase in the country.

The Nokia 5710 XpressAudio is available for 599 Yuan (~$87) in China. One of the major attractions of the feature phone is that its rear shell houses a pair of TWS earbuds. Some of its other highlights include a removable battery, 4G connectivity, and dedicated audio controls. The 5710 XpressAudio comes in white/red and black/red color combinations.

The Nokia 5710 XpressAudio is a dual-SIM phone that features a 2.4-inch QVGA color display on the front. On the left and right sides of the screen are buttons for controlling music. Below the display is a classic T9 keyboard.

Nokia announced three new feature phones, dubbed Nokia 2660 Flip, Nokia 8210 4G, and Nokia 5710 XpressAudio globally today (July 12). The phones come with a design similar to the older phones, however, they are fitted with some modern features. For instance, the Nokia 8210 4G, as the name suggests, brings 4G connectivity to the table. The most interesting one among the three is Nokia 5710 XpressAudio which comes with built-in TWS earphones at its back. Let’s have a look at the specifications and pricing details of the three phones.

Nokia 2660 Flip Specifications

The Nokia 2660 Flip, as you might have guessed, is a flip phone. It has the iconic clamshell-like design and comes with dual-SIM support. The handset has two displays. It has a 2.8-inch QVGA display on the inside and a 1.77-inch QQVGA display on the back.

The phone is powered by a Unisoc T107 processor and has 128MB of inbuilt storage which can be extended up to 32GB storage with a microSD card.
