OnePlus started rolling out the stable Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 update for the OnePlus7 and OnePlus 7T series worldwide in late March. A few days later, the brand halted the rollout citing bugs, just like it did with the OnePlus Nord. Now, days later, the company has re-released this update as OxygenOS 11.0.0.2 similar to what it did with the Nord.

The latest system update for the OnePlus 7/7 Pro and the OnePlus 7T/7T Pro comes with an identical changelog as the older build with some minute changes.

First and foremost, the new OxygenOS 11.0.0.2 update features March 2021 security patches instead of February 2021. Secondly, it also brings three new camera features that were not present in the previous build.

These new camera features are an option for sharing pictures to third-party apps by holding in preview, quick recording by holding the shutter button, shutter button slide gesture to zoom in or out in quick recording, and playback display in time-lapse mode.

The OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro were the brand’s flagship smartphones for the second half of 2020. They debuted with OxygenOS 10 based on Android 10.
