Following the Realme UI 5.0 Early Access update, Realme is here bringing the Realme UI 5.0 Open Beta program for the Realme Narzo n55 smartphone. The new update brings several new changes and enhances the user experience by eliminating some bugs and issues. The update is already out for the early Access users, however, the new users can also opt for the Open beta program. More details are listed below:

The new program will ideally be less buggy and will enhance the user experience. Below are some new features that users will get with the Realme UI 5.0 Open Beta:

【Security and privacy】

 • Improves photo and video-related permission management for safer access by apps.

【Aquamorphic Design】

 • Adds Aquamorphic-themed ringtones and revamps the system notification sounds.
 • Improves system animations by making them even smoother.

Along with the new features and changes, certain issues are still present in the build. Those are:

- When using floating windows, sliding the desktop may not work. You can fix this by pulling down the status bar.
- Glance Lock-screen is not available in realme UI 5.0 Early Access; it will be introduced in future updates.

Steps to apply:

The application channel is active, and users can participate by following the steps below.

Prerequisites:

• Realme Narzo N55 should be charged at least 60%
• Enable Developer Mode by heading to Settings > About device > Version > Version Number > Tap version number seven times.

Steps:

1. Make sure you follow the above prerequisite steps.
2. Open Settings, then head to About device > Click on the “realme UI 4.0″ banner at the top > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Beta program > Open Beta > Apply Now > Submit your details and complete the application”.
3. You will get an update after some time, and the same can be checked by heading to the Settings menu.

The user will receive RMX3710_14.0.0.85(SP01EX01) firmware as the Relame UI 5.0 Open Beta update.
