After announcing the Oppo Enco Q1 wireless headphones last month, the company revealed its pricing for the Chinese market earlier this month. Now, the headphones are available for purchase in China for 599 Yuan, roughly $84.

The Oppo Enco Q1 headphone uses a 3D neckband design that’s thick at the end and thin at the center. It uses a one-piece design without any cuts or splits. The Q1 headphones will feature dual Active Noise Cancellation with four mics.

In simple terms it means that Oppo is using a hybrid noise cancellation technology on its new model, featuring both a feedforward and feedback ANC. The feedforward active noise cancellation uses the external microphone to measure ambient noise before it enters the ear, processing that signal to ensure an exact and opposite signal leaves the system’s speaker to effectively cancel the ambient noise.

The internal microphone is used to create the feedback loop of the feedback noise cancellation system. A filter is used to minimize the acoustical signal near the microphone. The headphones come with in-ear earbuds that are curved at a certain angle to fit the ears comfortably.

It also comes with support for AAC high-quality audio and the company claims that the headphones provide 22 hours of ultra-long battery life on a single charge, which is very impressive. However, real-life battery life needs to be tested to ensure it lives up to the company’s claims.

The Oppo Enco Q1 comes in three color options — Black, White, and Orange. Priced at 599 Yuan (approximately $84), the headphones will go on sale in China from 12th September.

Earlier this week, saw OPPO officially launch the ENCO Q1 wireless earphones. They’re the latest and the first pair of headphones in their new line of noise-canceling headphones. Last time, we discussed how the OPPO ENCO Q1 won’t likely be cheap seeing how dual ANC technology is pretty expensive. Today, we’ve got our answer from Oppo’s Weibo page.

The company states in their Weibo post that the new ENCO Q1’s will cost 599 yuan in China, which puts it roughly at $84 a pair. This isn’t actually too bad, placing it only slightly above the average price point for a pair of dual active noise cancelling headphones. On top of that, Oppo has a pedigree of excellence when it comes to audio products, so the quality should be very good too.

OPPO had trademarked the OPPO ENCO series last month. We were expecting it to be a new smartphone lineup from the company. However, earlier today, OPPO officially confirmed that the ENCO series is its new noise-canceling headphone lineup and the first model in the series is the OPPO ENCO Q1.

Unfortunately, that’s all we know about the OPPO ENCO Q1 ANC headphones. Today was more of a reveal than an actual launch but we could see an official announcement alongside the OPPO Reno2 launch.

The OPPO ENCO Q1 won’t likely be cheap as dual ANC technology is pretty expensive. Also, OPPO was once popular for its high-end headphones and amplifiers (which they have stopped making now), so we expect it to be a premium offering.
