<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Every OEM has a different name for their beta program. Hence, </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> calls its initiative ‘Early Access’. When the brand officially announced </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-ui-2-0/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme UI 2.0</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> in the second half of last year, it also revealed an update timeline for all the eligible smartphones.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The company has been recruiting beta teasers for its devices, as per the schedule. Therefore, following the timeline, it has now opened beta registrations for the below-listed phones as part of the January 2021 quota.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-x3/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme X3</span></a></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-x3-superzoom/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme X3 SuperZoom</span></a></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-x2/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme X2</span></a></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-c15/"><span style="font-weight: 400">realme C15</span></a></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Interested users of the above-mentioned handsets can head over to </span><b><i>Settings &gt; Software Update &gt; Gear Icon &gt; Trial Version &gt; Apply Now</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400"> and submit details to enroll in the initiative. If they get selected, they will be receiving the beta update via OTA.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">That said, for some reason, any user wants to downgrade to the stable channel, they can do it by downloading and installing the appropriate rollback file. However, it is worth noting that this process will format their smartphone’s internal storage and they won’t be able to rejoin the Early Access program.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">With all that being said, we do not know when realme will begin to seed stable builds for these phones.
