OPPO has started teasing ColorOS 12 based on Android 12. On the other hand, the company’s sister brand is yet to finish the Android 11-based realme UI 2.0 stable update rollout for eligible devices. In the past few days, the brand had begun to seed last year’s Android release to four of its handsets.
The world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand is currently rolling out realme UI 2.0 stable update based on Android 11 for some of its devices. These phones are realme X, realme 6, realme 6i, and realme narzo 10A. All of them were part of the beta program a few months back.
The latest system update for these handsets arrives with the following firmware versions.
- realme X – RMX1901EX_11.F.03
- realme 6 – RMX2001_11.C.12
- realme 6i – RMX2001_11.C.12
- realme narzo 10A – RMX2020_11_C.06
Like any other OTA software update, the Android 11 stable update for the above-listed smartphones is being seeded out in batched manner. Hence, some users might receive it earlier, while others will have to wait a bit longer. At the end of the day, all users should get the new build in the coming days.
That being said, OPPO will be soon announcing the Android 12-based ColorOS 12. Hence, we also expect realme to drop its new version of mobile software, which will be most likely called realme UI 3.0 at around the same time.
