Compared to the official results for the previous generation Ryzen 7900X (single-core 2925, multi-core 17849), the 9900X boasts a significant performance jump of 16.3% in single-core and 10.7% in multi-core performance.

The benchmark was conducted on a system equipped with the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E GENE motherboard. During the test, the CPU reached a maximum frequency of 5664 MHz and maintained an average frequency of 5654 MHz.

The leaked benchmark results come from a Ryzen 9 9900X processor built on the Zen 5 architecture. This 12-core, 24-thread CPU boasts 64MB of L3 cache, offering a base clock speed of 4.4 GHz and the ability to boost up to 5.6 GHz. The processor maintains a 120W TDP.
