While the Mi 9T continues to debut in new markets, Xiaomi seems to be on overdrive in promoting the device. We recently saw the Chinese giant dissing the notch in a series of videos when we can count a handful of Xiaomi models with the notch. Xiaomi has now shared an official teardown video of the Mi 9T on Twitter.

It is already confirmed that the Mi 9T has the same design as the Redmi K20. The teardown also reveals the internals are arranged in exactly the same way as the Redmi K20 Pro. It is now confirmed. The much-anticipated Xiaomi Mi 9T that would hit some market soon is indeed the Redmi K20 by another name. A couple of leaked retail boxes for the Mi 9T has confirmed this.
