Xiaomi RedMi Note is the one of interesting smartphone since offers with 799 yuan price tag, or around $128 USD. Xiaomi RedMi Note is the upgrade version from previous Xiaomi smartphone but there is some different, such as :
- The screen is change from 4.7 inches to 5.5 inches with 720p resolution.
- Prosesor is upgrade from quad-core MT6589T to octa-core MT6592
- The camera is also upgrade from 1,3 megapixel front facing camera with 5 megapixel camera, is now upgrade to 8 megapixel front facing camera to 13 megapixel rear facing camera.
- The battery si also upgrade from 2000 mAh to 3100 mAh.
Xiaomi RedMi Note is availabe in two version, the phone is available in standard version which has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM, and the high-end version is comes with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The phone is offers with 799 yuan ($128) for standard version and 999 yuan ($160) for high end version .
The user can choose the version of Xiaomi RedMi Note, but we assume that the user want more memory since the high-end version is also offers with very affordable price.
The RedMi Note packaging is bigger than the previous model, this because the new RedMi Note has large screen and larger body than predecessor, the phone is comes with 5,5 inch screen size but the overal design is similar with the previous model.
The Xiaomi RedMi Note is too large for some user, but the 5.5 inch screen size is very comfort to use for browsing the web, working with Office document and playing the games. But the specs is versy nice since has many improvement from previous model, while the camera and button position is identical. But there is some changes in screen border, speaker and earpiece is redesign. While the biggest change comes after the shell , and replaced the original matte paint materials, feels more smooth.
Interestingly, the virtual keys shape is also changes with more concise but of course there is no change in functionality. You can use this virtual button for back to main screen, back to previous scren or close the pass and accessing the menu. And this button is shiny with nice red flashligt while use.
