Oppo has officially announced the launch date window of their upcoming flagship, the Oppo R7, through the company’s Weibo page.
According to the announcement, the company plans to release the Oppo R7 sometime in May. The exact date of the launch will probably be revealed at the beginning of next month. The announcement also mentioned that the Oppo R7 will definitely feature a full metal body with a smooth flat back panel which could be seen from previously leaked images of the R7.
The Oppo R7 will also feature the company’s VOOC flash charge technology which allows for fast charging by safely providing 4,000mA at 5V of current to the device for faster charging times. As for the phone’s new features, those are still unknown but more information should be released as the launch draws closer.
