Xiaomi plans to ship up to 100 million smartphones that year and with a saturated market, it means the tech giant will look to expand to new markets. The Chinese tech giant launched its Mi Store in Spain in November last year. Six months after, it is reportedly set to continue that expansion to yet another European country, this time France.xiaomi

Reports emerging from France indicate that Xiaomi will be opening its first Mi Store in Paris on May 22. The report also alleges that the tech giant promised to open more Mi Stores in several major cities in France.

Xiaomi Mi Store will not only bring its range of Mi branded smartphones to the country but will also make available the wide range of Mi Ecosystem products like the Mi Electric scooter and others. No mention was made of the models the tech giant will introduce first during the maiden Mi Store opening but we expect a gradual build-up of the number of products available on the shelf.
