Smartisan has announced that it has a device launch on May 15. The new device is the Smartisan R1 – a true flagship phone from the manufacturer. With less than a week before the launch, the registration page for the phone has gone live.
The registration page doesn’t reveal anything about the device. However, there is a draw for those who register for the device. The main prize is the R1 but you can also win the Smartisan Nut Pro 2, Nut 3, coupons, headphones, and power banks.
The Smartisan R1, according to the CEO will be priced between ¥3000 (~$474) and ¥15,000 (~$2369). Some say it may actually launch for ¥3500 (~$549).

The phone will come with a Snapdragon 845 processor, have support for wireless charging, impressive cameras, and an AI-focused operating system.
