Yesterday, OnePlus had held a global launch event to proclaim the arrival of the OnePlus 6 smartphone. Today, the Chinese manufacturer has announced its latest flagship phone in the home country. In China, the handset has been introduced with a starting price of 3,199 Yuan (~$503). The company has introduced the OnePlus 6 Avengers Edition with a price tag of 4,199 Yuan (~$660).
OnePlus 6 Specifications and Features
The Chinese OnePlus 6 sports the same design and specs as its global edition. It features notch enabled Optic AMOLED display of 6.28 inches. The OnePlus 6 boasts a premium appeal as it features glass panels on the front and rear sides with an aluminum frame in between. It is the first OnePlus to come with water resistant body. However, the company did not mention the IP rating of the phone at its launch event.
The Snapdragon 845 powers the multiple storage and RAM variants of the phone. The handset does not feature a microSD card slot. It receives power from a 3,300mAh battery that is coupled with OnePlus Dash Charge fast charging technology. It is preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo and the latest Hydrogen OS 5.1.
The dual camera setup sitting on the backside of the OnePlus features an f/1.7 aperture 16-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization and electronic image stabilization. It is assisted by an f/1.7 aperture 20-megapixel secondary sensor. The OnePlus can capture 4K videos at 60 fps and HD quality slow-motion videos at 480 fps. For snapping selfies, it features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The selfies snapper can be also used for facial recognition.

OnePlus 6 can be availed in three colors in China such as Mirror Black, Midnight Black and limited-edition Silk White. Here are the all the variants of the OnePlus 6 along with their pricing for China:

The 6 GB + 64 GB Mirror Black, 8 GB + 256 GB Midnight Black and 8 GB + 128 GB Mirror Black and Midnight Black versions will be available for buying from the official website store of OnePlus and Jingdong Mall starting from May 22. The Avengers Limited Edition OnePlus 6 and Silk White 8 GB + 128 GB will be available for purchase from June 5 through official OnePlus site and Jingdong Mall. Also, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones has been launched in China for 399 Yuan (~$63). It will be available for buying from June 18 through OnePlus website and Jingdong Mall.
