Unfortunately, you will not be able to manually download the ROM from the MIUI site as the MIUI ROM download page has been shut down. Xiaomi says it is temporary but it has been off for almost three weeks now.
Apart from Android Oreo features such as autofill, picture-in-picture mode, new emojis and notification dots etc., the update will also bring some new features for MIUI. Some of them are an improved app lock, improved Mi Brower, a redesigned notification shade, and full-screen gesture navigation.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro was released in February this year. It has a 5.99-inch FHD+ display, a Snapdragon 636 processor, up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It also has dual rear cameras (12MP + 5MP), a 20MP selfie camera, a fingerprint scanner, and a 4,000mAh battery.
