Back in May, ASUS launched the Zenfone Live (L1) in Indonesia. The phone comes in two variants – an Android Go edition and a regular Android version. Yesterday, ASUS launched the Android Go edition in the US.

Zenfone Live (L1) Android Go Edition

The Zenfone Live (L1) Android Go Edition has a 5.5-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and a 1440 x 720 resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. There is a MicroSD card slot that allows users add up to an extra 2TB of storage.

The phone has an 8MP camera with a 5-element lens and 0.3-second PDAF. The front camera is a 5MP sensor and has support for Face Unlock. That should come in handy since the phone is missing a fingerprint scanner.

The Zenfone Live (L1) Android Go Edition has dual-SIM support and both slots support 4G LTE. However, ASUS says only one slot can connect to 3G WCDMA or 4G LTE at a time. The phone also packs a 3000mAh battery, has a MicroUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has an FM radio.
