OnePlus announced the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition during a recently concluded launch event that took place in the UK.


The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition not only met everyone’s expectation but exceeded it by packing 10GB of RAM and the company’s newfangled fast charging method 30W Warp Charge. OnePlus claims this new technology is capable of charging the phone up to 50 percent in only 20 minutes.

Moreover, the phone sports an extra large 5.41-inch AMOLED screen with 1080×2340 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The eye-catching display supports sRGB (100.63 percent) and DCI-P3 color gamuts and is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor to ensure it never slows down while multitasking or playing popular games. On the photography front, it houses a 20MP+16MP dual camera module on the back and a 16.0MP selfie shooter placed on the front.
The device runs Oxygen OS 9.0.5 based Android 9.0 Pie OS and draws its juices from a robust 3700mAh battery. It is equipped with an in-display fingerprint reader to enable the world’s fastest screen unlock function.
