Troubled Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee seems to have made a comeback in the Indian market. The company has launched a new smartphone — Gionee F205 Pro, which seems to be an upgraded model of the Gionee F205 launched in India last year.

The smartphone, which is priced at Rs. 6,990 (approximately $98), comes in three color options — Black, Blue, and Champagne Gold. However, Flipkart is currently offering a discount of Rs. 1,100, bringing the phone’s effective pricing to Rs. 5,890 (roughly $83).
