Vivo had announced the Vivo V15 Pro at the end of February in India. The handset was introduced with a price tag of Rs. 28,990 (~$415). According to 91mobiles, its weaker sibling named Vivo V15 will be releasing in India on March 15. The handset will be carrying a cheaper price tag of Rs. 22,990 (~$330).

Vivo V15 Price in India

The Vivo V15 was recently announced in Thailand and now it is now speculated to debut in India at the end of the second week of March. Like the Pro model, the V15 is expected to be available for purchase through Amazon India and Flipkart. It will be also available for purchase through offline stores. With a price tag of Rs. 22,990 (~$330), it will be rivaling with the more powerful OPPO F11 Pro. Vivo is yet to release an official statement on the arrival of Vivo V15 in India.

Vivo V15 Specifications

The Vivo V15’s release in Thailand has confirmed the entire specs of the phone. Compared to the V15 Pro, it features a larger display and a bigger battery. However, instead of AMOLED display with in-screen fingerprint reader available on the V15 Pro, the V15 comes with a 6.53-inch LCD full HD+ display and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The V15’s display offers an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.64 percent.

The Helio P70 chipset powers the V15 along with 6 GB of RAM. The native storage of the smartphone is 128 GB. For additional storage, the smartphone comes with a dedicated microSD card slot.

Since the Vivo V15 has a notch-less display, it comes with a pop-out selfie shooter of 32-megapixel. The configuration of the AI triple camera of the Vivo V15 is also weaker when compared to the V15 Pro smartphone. The Vivo V15 is equipped with 12-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera system. The FunTouch OS 9 flavored Android 9 Pie OS preloaded on the device. There is a 4,000mAh battery present inside the smartphone that carries support dual-engine fast charging through microUSB.
