Towards the end of last month, HMD Global released the Android Pie update for the Nokia 3.1 Plus. Today, it has announced the update is also available for the Nokia 3.1.

The Nokia 3.1 launched with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. Android Pie will bring a new UI, new navigation, adaptive battery, and adaptive brightness.
The Nokia 3.1 was released last May. It has a 5.2-inch 1440 x 720 display covered with Gorilla Glass. It is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 processor which is paired with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of expandable storage. It has a single 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. The phone packs a 2,990mAh battery. HMD Global released a successor called the Nokia 3.2 at MWC 2019 last month.

With the Nokia 3.1 now out of the way, the remaining device scheduled to get the Android Pie update this quarter is the Nokia 5.1.
