Huawei recently took the wraps off its new flagship smartphone series dubbed, the Huawei P30 series during a launch event that took place in Paris, France. Sticking to its dual devices strategy, the Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer launched announced two phones including the Huawei P30 and the P30 Pro.
BOE Vice President Yuan Wei recently confirmed that BOE has provided the display panel for the P30 Pro. In other words, Huawei will not have to depend solely on one vendor for the display panels and can increase the productions if needed.
The larger sibling of the Huawei P30, the P30 Pro sports a mammoth 6.47-inch FHD+ curved OLED display. The phone replaces the traditional earpiece with Acoustic Display Technology. Moreover, it packs a powerful Hisilicon Kirin 980 processor along with a highly competent Mali G76 720MHz GPU, under the hood.
The P30 Pro ships with 8GB/12GB of RAM and offers ample storage space with 128GB/256GB/512GB onboard storage capacity. These variants of Huawei’s recently unveiled smartphone have gone up for pre-order on Giztop.
The 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM variant of the P30 Pro comes in amber sunrise, Aurora, pearl white, black and breathing crystal color versions bearing a $1,199 price tag. The slightly larger 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM model is available in the same color versions but would set you back $1,349.
Alternatively, you can pre-order the 8GB RAM and 512GB ROM variant that comes in amber sunrise, Aurora, black, breathing crystal, and pearl white color versions if you are willing to shell out $1,499. It is worth noting that the phone will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after you pre-order it.
