The Moto Z4 is an upcoming Motorola phone that may go official later this month or early June. The key specs of the phone had appeared in the previous month. Today, reputed tipster and industry expert Evan Blass has shared a new render of the Moto Z4 to reveal its design from all angles.

Moto Z4 Design

The Moto Z4 render reveals that it will be arriving with a waterdrop-type notch screen. The side bezels of the phone are almost non-existent. Slightly thick bezels can be seen on the top and bottom sides of the display.

The left edge of the Moto Z4 is barren. On its right is a volume rocker and a power button. The top edge of the phone has an external speaker, a microphone and a SIM card compartment. Its bottom edge has a microphone, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.

A protruding circular housing can be seen on rear shell of the Moto Z4. It seems to feature a laser autofocus unit, a single camera lens and a dual-tone dual LED flash. The Motorola batwing logo is placed below the camera. Towards the bottom is a 16-pin pogo connector for attaching Moto Mods accessories. Probably, it may carry support for 5G Moto Mod apart from other modules. Previous reports have claimed that the Moto Z4 has a splash-resistant body.

The Moto Z4 will be arriving as the successor for the Snapdragon 835 powered Moto Z3 phone from last year. The Snapdragon 675 mobile platform is expected to power the Moto Z4 handset. The Android 9 Pie OS will come preloaded on the device. The near-stock version of Android will be coupled with exclusive features from Motorola such as Moto Display, Moto Actions and Moto Experiences.

The 48-megapixel rear-mounted camera may support Night Vision which is nothing but enhanced night scene photography. It will be featuring a front-facing camera of 25-megapixel. The front and rear cameras are rumored to support Quad Pixel technology for brighter shots in dim light conditions. The smartphone may also feature AI photography features. The handset may include a 3,600mAh battery that will be equipped with TurboCharge fast charging technology.
