Last year, OPPO launched the K series, a new line of mid-range smartphones. The OPPO K1 is the first of the series, and seven months later, a successor is already on the way. The full specs of the phone which will launch has the OPPO K3 have been leaked.

OPPO K1’s successor, the OPPO K3 will come with a pop-up selfie camera

The OPPO K3 will come with a slightly smaller display than its predecessor. It is a 6.3-inch screen, and like the K1, it is an AMOLED panel with a new generation in-display fingerprint scanner. It will ditch the notch and embrace a full-screen design with a pop-up selfie camera.

OPPO is replacing the Snapdragon 660 processor with the more powerful Snapdragon 710. RAM has also been increased to 6GB RAM on the base model and 8GB RAM on the high-end version. Storage on both is 128GB but there is no mention of a MicroSD card slot.

The OPPO K3 will have a 16MP rising front-facing camera, and on the back, it will have 16MP + 2MP dual camera sensors. There is a 3700mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

The OPPO K3 will have a plastic build, a USB Type-C port, and an audio jack. Its weight is stated to be 191 grams and it will measure 161.2 x 76 x 9.4 millimeters.

There is no mention of a release date neither is there any info about the phone’s price.
