The competition in the smartphone market, especially in the budget and mid-range segment is quite fierce. In order to have an edge over their competitors, smartphone manufacturers are now adopting the strategy to cater to the enterprise-level customers.
In a similar move, Oppo has started offering Oppo A7n smartphone to government and enterprise clients since last month. As a part of this offering, the China-based company will be providing customized solutions based on the client’s needs.
For industries such as public security, finance, among others, it offers a customized mobile device which not only ensures that the technology has no dead-ends but also improves the underlying security.
Recently, Oppo A7n — a budget smartphone offering from the company, passed the “Public Security and Police Electronic Product Quality Testing Center” test. This means that the phone is certified for the enterprise customers.
Unlike the general public usage, the need for smartphones for the government and enterprises is quite different. It focuses on usages such as storage of work data, secured transmission of confidential data, more durable battery life, etc.
Oppo says that the company strives to continuously improve its technological innovation with its solid product foundation as it gets faced with special challenges in the field of serving government and enterprises.
The company recently showcased the customized services and the Oppo A7n unit during the “2019 China Unicom Global – The Industry Chain Partner Conference” set up as an exhibition for the government and enterprises.
The Oppo A7n addresses the pain points of public and private users of government and enterprises, and creates a “dual domain security system” — personal domain and work domain. The “personal domain” satisfies the personal needs of the user while the “work domain” is specially set for the office use.

The device comes with a dedicated microSD card slot that can support up to 256 GB of expanded storage space. When inserting the card, the encryption chip will perform functions such as identity authentication, data encryption transmission, and confidential call, ensuring data security. It comes with 4,230mAh battery and is equipped with a Smart Power Saving feature.
