Vivo is also joining the league of smartphone makers who have launched phones with the punch-hole display. According to a new leak from a Weibo user, Vivo Z5X will be the company’s first smartphone to host punch-hole display. As revealed earlier, it will be backed by a massive 5000 mAh battery. To refresh its Z-series, Vivo is introducing a batch of new smartphones starting with Vivo Z5x.

The new leak confirms the smartphone’s recent battery test, which revealed the B-G7 battery model number and 4880mAh/8.78Wh rated battery capacity. There’s no more information available concerning its design or specifications.
However, the smartphone is expected to feature Snapdragon 675 or 670, as Vivo used Snapdragon 660 on Vivo Z3x launched last month. Moving along its predecessor’s path, the Z5X is believed to follow an aggressive pricing strategy. It will run on Android Pie atop Funtouch OS 9.
