Redmi isn’t ready to announce a release date yet for the Redmi K20 flagship, so it has resorted to teasers to keep our attention. The latest teaser confirms an important feature of the phone.

The Redmi K20 has been reported to have a motorized selfie camera that slides out from the top frame. Leaked images have shown this and even an official video teaser (albeit a different design). The new teaser further confirms this as it shows the demon king sliding out from the top of the phone’s frame.

Redmi’s GM, Lu Weibing, shared the post on his timeline and revealed more details. In one post, he said the Redmi K20 is lighter than some other phones with pop-up selfie cameras as a result of optimizations carried out by the engineers. He also said durability tests carried out on the pop-up selfie camera exceeded 300,000 uses and will last more than 8 years if you were to take a 100 selfies per day.
