Samsung has announced two new smartphones in its home market, South Korea. The models are dubbed Galaxy Jean 2 and Galaxy Wide 4 and are basically rebranded Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A20e which have both been launched already in several regions around the globe. The Samsung Galaxy Jean 2 bears semblance with the Galaxy A20 that was first launched in Europe. It comes with a small 5.8-inch TFT screen with a waterdrop notch and weight of 141 grams. The device is powered by an Exynos 7884 chipset paired with 3GB of RAM while there is 32GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy Jean 2 packs a dual camera set at the rear comprising a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP wide-angle lens. The device carries a price tag of KRW200,000 (around $170/€150). On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Wide 4 packs a bigger 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen. The device has the same specs as the Galaxy A20. Apart from a bigger display, larger battery, most of the specs are almost similar with those of the Galaxy Jean 2 (Galaxy A20). The A20 was launched in some markets for around $180 and is expected to go on sale in South Korea at around KRW220,000.
