Xiaomi had an event today in Europe and was scheduled to hold in Paris, Madrid, and Milan. The launch has been concluded in Madrid where Xiaomi announced four new products. The first is the Mi 9T which is a rebranded Redmi K20, there is also the Mi Smart Band 4 which launched in China as the Mi Band 4, then the Mi True Wireless Earphones and the Mi Electric Scooter Pro.

Mi 9T Spain

Mi 9T

The Mi 9T starts at €299 (original price is €329) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB version and €369 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version. The 64GB version will be available starting June 17 and be sold by Amazon Spain and on Xiaomi’s Spanish website. There is no info on when the 128GB version will be available.

The Mi 9T is Xiaomi’s first phone with a pop-up selfie camera. It has a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and is powered by the Snapdragon 730.

The pop-up selfie camera is a 16MP sensor while the back is home to a triple camera setup which includes a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP telephoto camera, and a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera. The camera app has a bunch of modes including night mode and 960fps slow-motion recording

The phone packs a 4000mAh battery, runs MIUI 10 based on Android Pie with features such as Game Turbo, has NFC (support for Google pay), a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.

Mi Smart Band 4

Mi Smart Band 4

The Mi Smart Band 4 is the international variant of the Mi Band 4 which was unveiled in China just yesterday. While it is nearly identical, the international version is missing some features. For example, the Mi Band 4 works with Xiaomi’s Xiao Ai assistant, allowing you to give voice commands using the smart band but the international version doesn’t have that. It actually doesn’t work with an Assistant – Google’s or Amazon’s. Another key difference is there is no NFC, or rather an NFC edition.

The Mi Smart Band 4 is priced at €34.99 and will go on sale on June 26.

Mi True Wireless Earphones
