For owners of a Huawei phone now, the main concern is if their phones will continue to get updates amidst the US-ban placed on the Chinese company preventing it from doing business with American companies including Google.

Huawei already released an official statement last week assuring users they will continue to release updates for their devices and security patches too. In light of this, the official Huawei Spain Twitter account has now released a list of devices that will get updated to Android Q. Below is the list of devices:
- P30 Pro
- P30
- P30 lite
- Mate 20 X (5G)
- Mate 20 Pro
- Mate 20
- P Smart Z
- P Smart + 2019
- P Smart 2019
- P20 Pro
- P20
- Mate 10 Pro
- PORSCHE DESIGN Mate 10
- PORSCHE DESIGN Mate 20 RS
- Mate 20 X
- Mate 10
- Mate 20 lite
That is 17 devices in total including the Mate 10 series from 2017. The update will most definitely take months before arriving on all the aforementioned devices.
Although Huawei doesn’t say, the Android Q update should come with a new version of EMUI too, probably EMUI 10, so it syncs with Android 10/Android Q.
💪🏻 Seguimos trabajando para ofreceros siempre la mejor tecnología.
