The Redmi K20 series will launch in India tomorrow, nearly 2 months after it was first announced in China. It has been a long wait for Xiaomi fans in India who have been waiting for the phones for weeks now. However, when it launches tomorrow, the Redmi K20 Pro will bring along a special edition that is not available in China.

A tweet by Manu Kumar Jain, head of Xiaomi India, mentioned a special version will be available tomorrow. The tweet also includes a photo of the device albeit just a part. This special edition is covered in gold with a textured design. There is also a “K” at the corner which seems to be covered in crystals.

The tweet says this special version is worth 4.5 Lakh Rupees which converts to almost $7000. At this price, we deduce this special edition Redmi K20 Pro is covered in real gold and the “K” has real precious stones. More details will be available tomorrow.
