Yesterday, Motorola Brasil released a teaser on Twitter hinting at the launching of a new phone. A translation of the caption for the post says the phone will arrive in three days and “everything you know about filming and shooting using cellphones will change”. While the teaser doesn’t mention the device, Roland Quandt revealed in a tweet that the phone launching is the Motorola One Action.

The Motorola One Action is already expected to launch in India on August 23 but it appears Brazil will be getting it first.

Leaked specs have revealed the phone will have a 6.3-inch display with a 21:9 aspect ratio like the Motorola One Vision and a 2520 x 1080 resolution. At the top left corner of the screen is a punch hole for the camera.

The Motorola One Action will come with triple rear cameras arranged vertically. It has a 12MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP depth sensor.  There is also an ultrawide angle camera with a 117° field of view. This camera is also called the Action camera and where the phone derives its name from. It also has a 12MP front-facing camera. Previous reports said the primary rear camera and front-facing camera are 13MP sensors.

The Motorola One Action will have an Exynos 9609 processor powering it which will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone will have a MicroSD card slot for extra storage. Other features include a 3500mAh battery with support for 10W charging via a USB Type-C port. There is also an audio jack, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Winfuture.de reports the device has a plastic rear cover, weighs 181 grams, and is 9.15 millimeters thick. While the price of the phone in Brazil is unknown, the Motorola One Action will sell for €250 when it launches in Europe. We already know it will sell for much more higher in Brazil.
