Nubia just announced its new gaming flagship in China called as the Nubia Red Magic 3S. As the name suggests, the phone is very similar to the Red Magic 3 that was announced back in April in China but comes with a few upgrades in the processor and cooling department. What’s interesting is that the Red Magic 3S starts at a cheaper price tag than its predecessor, offering tremendous value for money.

- 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM (Silver Storm color) – 2999 yuan ($420)
- 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM (Red & Blue color) – 3799 yuan ($531)
Nubia Red Magic 3S China & Global Availability
Nubia Red Magic 3S will go on sale on September 9 at 10 AM in China via the company’s official store. It looks like the Black color version of the phone should go on sale sometime later in September.
Nubia has also confirmed that the Nubia Red Magic 3S will be released globally in October 2019. Even India should get the new model sometime after October as the old Red Magic 3 was released in India this June.
Since the Nubia Red Magic 3S and Black Shark 2 Pro both feature Snapdragon 855+ and start exactly at the same price tag of 2999 yuan ($420), it’s worth taking a look at the variants and pricing of the BS2Pro for reference.
