Samsung has announced the Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s for Indian markets today. The Galaxy A30s is an updated version of the Galaxy A30 that had gone official earlier this year. And the Galaxy A50s is also an updated edition of the Galaxy A50 that went official few months back in the country. These phones have arrived with tall aspect ratio displays, large-sized batteries and triple rear cameras.

The Galaxy A30s that comes in sole variant of 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage ai spriced at Rs. 16,999 (~$237). Its color variants are Prims Crush Black, Prims Crush White, Prism Crush Violet and Prism Crush Green.

The Galaxy A30s has a 6.4-inch AMOLED Infinity-U display that offers HD+ resolution and comes integrated with an in-screen fingerprint reader. The Exynos 7904 chipset powers the phone. It is powered by a 4,000mAh battery that carries support for 15W rapid charging. The Android 9 Pie OS with One UI skin runs on the device.

The rear side of the Galaxy A30s has LED flash assisted triple camera system that contains an f/1.7 aperture 25-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel lens with ultrawide shooter and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The front notch houses a 16-megapixel sensor. Other features of the phone include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.1ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, USB-C and 3.5mm audio jack.

The Galaxy A50s comes in two models in India such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. They are respectively priced at Rs. 22,499 (~$320) and Rs. 24,999 (~$349). It can be availed in the same four colors as the Galaxy A30s phone.

The Galaxy A50s has a 6.4-inch S-AMOLED Infinity-V display that offers full HD+ resolution. It also features an in-display fingerprint reader. The Exynos 9610 chipset powers the smartphone. The One UI based Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the device.

For capturing selfies, the Galaxy A50s has an f/2.0 aperture 32-megapixel front camera. The back panel of the phone houses a triple camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel main lens with f/2.0 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and an f/2.2 aperture 5-megapixel depth sensor. The A50s has the same connectivity features that are available on the A30s.

Starting from today, the Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s are available for buying through multiple platforms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Samsung’s online store and Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru.
