It is a common occurrence in most homes that the car key gets misplaced either by the kids or even daddy. Interestingly, such a scenario usually plays out when you are in a hurry either to drop the kids at school or catch up with an important appointment. Xiaomi has launched a product that will effectively put an end to the loss of keys and other valuables.
The product is a Bluetooth key finder but it can be attached to other products especially small stuff that can go missing easily. As the name implies, the gadget comes with Bluetooth connectivity and can be paired with a smartphone easily. It has a light design and a high-decibel buzzer.

The device also comes with an anti-lost reminder which makes it buzz when the device is out of range from the smartphone. There is also a two-way mutual search, and a “collective search” mode. The mutual search feature allows the owner to search for the gadget from a smartphone and equally search for the smartphone using the key finder. There is a mobile app that will need to be installed to use this feature. On the other hand, to search for the smartphone, all you need do is press a button and the mobile phone will ring out, even when it is put on silent mode. Another interesting addition to the Bluetooth object finder is that it can be used as a Bluetooth remote to take selfies.
As for the pricing, the Bluetooth key finder comes with a crowdfunding price tag of 99 yuan (~$14). No word yet on its availability especially outside China but just bear in mind you may likely only get the product via third-party retailers like GearBest, Banggood etc.
