The Samsung Galaxy A20s seems to be heading to India. Yesterday, the South Korean technology stalwarts had launched the smartphone for global markets. Although there is no official word on an India release yet, 91mobiles came across pricing information from an independent source.

According to the publication, the Galaxy A20s will be available in two variants. The base variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage  could be priced at Rs. 10,990 (~$155). The higher variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage may cost Rs. 12,990 (~$189). Rumors have it that Samsung may launch the device in the country by the end of September.

The Galaxy A20s features a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V IPS LCD display instead of the company’s famed AMOLED panels. The display has a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixel. It is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 SoC. The smartphone features expandable storage slot. The primary camera on the A20s is a 13-megapixel unit, which is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is an 8-megapixel unit housed within the Infinity-V notch.

The Samsung Galaxy A20s draws power from a 4,000mAh battery that is coupled with 15W fast charge. The device gets a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner along with face unlock. Samsung launched the Galaxy A20s in four color variants, namely red, black, green and blue. It will be interesting to see whether it offers all the variants in India.
