Samsung’s Galaxy Note10+ 5G is currently the only Samsung 5G phone you can buy in China but that won’t be the case for long. While the upcoming flip phone, the Samsung W2020  flip phone will also support 5G, TENAA has revealed that the Galaxy A90 5G will also be coming to China.

We noticed a Samsung phone with the model number SM-A9080 on TENAA’s database. While the spec sheet is not yet visible, we know it is the Galaxy A90 5G based on the model number. There is also a support page for the device already live on the official Samsung China website.

The Galaxy A90 5G already launched in Samsung’s home country of South Korea early this month and is now making its way to other markets.

The Galaxy A90 5G has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with an FHD+ resolution. It is powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor and is available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is support for storage expansion which allows you to add an extra 512GB of storage.

It has triple rear cameras – a 48MP f/2.0 primary camera, a 5MP f/2.2 depth camera, and an 8MP 123° ultrawide angle camera. Inside the U-shaped notch is a 32MP f/2.0 selfie camera. The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner, NFC with support for Samsung Pay, and supports audio out via the USB-C port. It only has support for a single SIM card along with the MicroSD card slot.

Samsung has included a 4500mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging. It runs Android 9 out of the box and is available in white or black.

In Korea, the Galaxy A90 5G is priced at 899,800 KRW which converts to about $750. The China price should be around this too when it launches.
