While Huawei‘s latest offerings including the flagship-grade Huawei Mate 30 lineup don’t get the love of Google services, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro which was Huawei’s yesteryear’s flagship continue to support them. Moreover, the handset has started receiving the latest version of EMUI based on Android 10, reported some users from the Netherlands.

The update package weighs a hefty 4.42 GB (try not to download on a metered connection) and carries the build number “10.0.0.136”. Except for upgrading to the latest Android 10, the package also updates the security patch to September 2019.

Notably, only a limited number of users have received the update notification and the update is assumed to roll out in stages. Therefore, hold tight you will soon get to taste Android 10 on your device.

Users have also shared screenshots of the latest version of EMUI from their Huawei Mate 20 Pro which exhibit a considerable design overhaul. For reference, the screenshots have been shared below:

To recall, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro measures 157.8 x 72.3 x 8.6 mm and weighs 189g. It has glass on both the front which provides it with an elegant look. The handset features a 6.39 inch AMOLED display that has QHD+ resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor and waterdrop notch above the display which houses a 24 MP camera.

The Mate 20 Pro is kitted with the Kirin 980 SoC and it is powered by a 4,200 mAH battery which supports fast charging upto 40 W. The handset has a triple rear camera setup which is comprised of 40 MP + 8 MP + 20 MP resolution sensors.
