As the Vivo Z1x with 8GB of RAM is expecting to release in India, 91mobiles has come across the price details of the device. Customers can pick up the 8GB variant for an additional Rs. 3,000 over the 6GB + 128GB variant of the Z1x.
Much like its lower-spec variant, the 8GB version is also likely to feature multiple storage options. Furthermore, Vivo no longer offers expandable memory on the upcoming device. The highlight of the Z1x is offline availability. Vivo launched the Z-lineup exclusively for the online market. This is a slight deviation from the original plan.
Vivo Z1x Specifications and Features
The Vivo Z1x flaunts a 6.38-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, an in-screen fingerprint scanner and a halo notch. The screen-to-body-ratio is an impressive 90%, while the display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device is powered by a 2.3 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 712 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The Z1x features a triple camera setup at the rear. The primary lens is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor paired to an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The secondary camera is a 32-megapixel unit. AI enhancements include continuous shooting, bokeh mode, exposure compensation, face detection, ISO control and high dynamic range mode HDR.
The Z1x draws power from a 4,500 mAh battery with 22.5W Flash Charging. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 Pie-based Funtouch OS 9. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone slot. The smartphone supports face unlock for additional security.
Vivo Z1x Price and Availability
The 8GB variant of the Vivo Z1x will launch at Rs. 21,990 (~$307). The 6GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 16,990 (~$237) while the 6GB + 128GB variant can be purchased for Rs. 18,990 (~$265). The Vivo Z1x is currently available in a Phantom Purple and Fusion Blue gradient colors.
