LG is reportedly gearing up to launch a new tablet called the LG G Pad 8. As the launch inches near, details of the tablet’s specifications have begun surfacing online. The latest to arrive is a number of images divulging details of the design along with camera specifications and pricing. 

LG G Pad 8 Specifications and Price (Rumored)

According to 91mobiles, the LG G Pad 8 sports an 8-megapixel primary camera along with a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The device flaunts an 8-inch display and draws power from an 8,200 mAh battery. The LG G Pad 8 features thick bezels on all four sides while the dual speaker grille and USB Type-C port are placed on the bottom edge.

The tablet seems to feature a unibody design constructed using metal, but it is too early to tell. Additional details regarding the processor, graphics, display, connectivity, and camera are still under wraps. Prices are expected to start from $367.

LG G Pad 5 on Geekbench

The South Korean company seems to be working on another tablet name LG G Pad 5. The device that has a model number of LGE LM-T600 recently surfaced on Geekbench. It revealed that the three-year-old quad-core Snapdragon 821 chipset will be powering the tablet along with 4 GB of RAM. According to the benchmarking app, the tablet received a single-core score of 347 and a multi-core score of 909.

Rumors have revealed that the G Pad 5 flaunts a 10.1-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and it runs on Android 9 Pie OS. It is expected to come with the usual connectivity features such as 4G LTE, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, microSD slot, and 3.5mm AUX port.

In other news, LG recently announced the Tone+ Free wireless Bluetooth earphone in South Korea. The device supports fast charging and uses advanced audio tuning technology with rich signal processing capabilities designed by Meridian Audio. The company claims to have reduced digital noise and distortion while offering 3D audio. The Tone+ comes with a UV-protected box that doubles up as a charger. LG claims an hour of audio playback after a 5-minute quick recharge. The earbuds offer 6-hours of continuous playback on a full charge. They rock IPX4 certification for added safety.
