In the months following the launch of the Kirin 990 and Kirin 810 processors, Huawei and Honor‘s new models launched outside China have actually just been new designs with old processors. The same is set to happen again with the upcoming Honor 20S for Europe.

According to Winfuture.de, the Honor 20S arriving in Europe is nothing like the one that launched in China in September. Instead, it can be called a rebranded Huawei P30 Lite.

The Honor 20S for Europe will soon launch in Russia and will have model number MAR-LX1H. The phone will come with a 6.15-inch FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch. Powering it is the Kirin 710 processor and not the Kirin 810. It should have 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage but Honor may change the configuration to differentiate it from the Huawei P30 Lite.

The phone will have triple rear cameras with a 48MP primary camera. The secondary cameras are not stated but it is reported that they too may be changed. The P30 Lite has an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Huawei’s logo has been replaced with Honor’s at the bottom.

The rest of the specs are currently unknown. However, press renders show the Honor 20S will be available in Pearl White, Peacock Blue, and Midnight Black.
