Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA Automatic Air freshener Dispenser under crowdfunding on Xiaomi Mall. The product comes with an affordable price tag of 79 yuan ($11) but that is for the crowdfunding exercise only. The price is going to go up to 108.9 yuan (~$15) after the exercise. The product comes with two bottles of fragrance liquid in addition to the automatic dispenser.
The product automatically releases the fragrance every 15 minutes. As a result, a bottle of fragrance can last between 1 and 4 months. The device equally comes with a powerful 2200mAh battery that is said to last up to four months on a single charge when used consistently. There is a USB port for charging. The fragrance is available in three flavours: Sea Breeze Morning Dew, Xingyue Mulan, and Bihu Cedar, all made from essential oil.

In terms of the build, the MIJIA Automatic Air freshener Dispenser adopts a minimalistic, compact and lightweight design. It is quite easy to move around and also adds class to the environment apart from blasting freshness into the air. With the use of microporous atomization technology, the fragrance is released through hundreds of micron pores and quickly diffuses into the air. The dispenser produces a low noise of 30dB meaning it runs quietly.
