Samsung is set to announce one more Galaxy S10 phone before the end of the year. The phone will arrive as the Galaxy S10 Lite and will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor.

Ahead of the phone’s release which is still unknown, the camera specifications have been made public by Ishan Agarwal (@Ishanagarwal24).

In a tweet posted on his timeline yesterday, he revealed the Galaxy S10 Lite (SM-G770F) will have triple rear cameras. The main camera is a 48MP sensor and it is paired with a 12MP ultrawide angle camera and a 5MP depth sensor. The main camera is most likely to be the ISOCELL GM2 that was announced back in May of this year.

The tweet also mentioned that the phone will have a 32MP selfie camera, the same as the Galaxy A50s that was announced in September.

These camera specs are not new as we already reported it earlier this month. However, Ishan said in his tweet that he confirmed the details.

We don’t expect the Galaxy S10 Lite to match its siblings with respect to camera performance but it should take better than average photos. Nevertheless, the Galaxy S10 Lite does trump most of its siblings in another way. It has been reported that its battery capacity is 4370mAh, which is larger than that of the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+.

The Galaxy S10 Lite is also expected to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, 8GB of RAM and run Android 10 out of the box.

Ishan also revealed in his tweet that the internal codename for the Galaxy S11+ 5G with model number SM-G986U is Y2.
