Xiaomi’s MIJIA IH Rice Cooker was the first product the company released under the MIJIA smart home brand back in 2016. Since then, several models of different sizes have been released. The product has become a popular one in China and even Japan. A new model has been added to the lot and it is the MIJIA Rice Cooker C1. MIJIA Rice Cooker C1

The new rice cooker keeps up with the minimalist design that the rice cooker models are known. However, it has a compact 3L capacity and presents with 24 cooking modes. The rice cooker isn’t only suited for cooking rice as it comes with 8 built-in cooking functions, including cooking, hot water, hot rice, cake, porridge and soup. The design also can keep food hot for up to 24 hours. Additionally, it has a 650W power rating and the firepower can be adjusted to suit the different cooking modes. MIJIA Rice Cooker C1

The rice cooker has a retail price of 149 yuan ($21), but under crowdfunding, it is priced at 129 yuan ($18). The crowdfunding exercise will kick off on November 27.
